No — and that's the magic! Cozy Up Mystery Scoops is designed to be a fully curated surprise experience. You can express a preferred color theme (not guaranteed), but all items are thoughtfully randomized just for you. More products may be added to our pools over time!
When you place your order, you'll have the option to indicate a preferred color palette (e.g., pastels, neutrals, bold tones). While we do our best to honor your preference, it is not guaranteed, as our boxes are curated by hand and depend on available inventory.
For an additional $25, we'll film a short, personalized video of your scoop being packed — every item being added is captured on camera. It makes a wonderful keepsake and adds an extra layer of excitement, especially if you're gifting a scoop to someone special.
Yes! You can order 1 scoop for $59.99, 2 scoops for $99.99, or 3 scoops for $139.99. Each scoop can be from the same collection or different collections. Quantity selection happens during the checkout process.
Absolutely! When you choose 2 or 3 scoops, you're welcome to select different collection types. Simply indicate your preferences in the comment field at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after being packed with love. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 5–10 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Due to the mystery and customized nature of our scoops, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
